We are continuing to address the highest priority stability issues reported by the community, as well as gameplay fixes and improvements. As always, thank you for playing the game and taking the time to report any issues you encounter!

We have now released update 1.57 to PC, which includes the fixes detailed below. We’ll be rolling out these fixes to other platforms as soon as possible.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue that prevented planets from being added to the Discovery timeline when exiting certain ship models
• Fixed an issue that prevented players from using the Pulse Engine to escape between waves of Sentinel space fighters
• Fixed an issue that could cause base NPC workers to become unresponsive after moving / deleting your base
• Substantially increased the length of time fuel lasts in the hydroponic trays
• Prevented an occasional crash on Xbox One X in scenes with a high node count
• Fixed a crash related

While working from home, we’re finding that the passage of time can start to feel a bit abstract. Earlier this week, we announced that No Man’s Sky is coming to Xbox Game Pass in June, and it made us reflect on the fact that somehow, it’s already been about two years since we brought No Man’s Sky to Xbox One! It doesn’t feel like that long, but it’s been so rewarding to watch that new community of players start their own journeys with the game and develop new social hubs in the universe.

Next month, we’ll also be updating the game to support release on the Windows 10 store. In the meantime, we wanted to write a little about the recent community activity both in and outside the game, with players creating incredible fan art, unlocking new game content, and participating in weekly missions.

Michael Dürr makes very cool science fiction and fantasy sculptures, and his latest design is a Wing Commander classic. He's crafted the Exeter destroyer in pewter and then painted it with acrylics. has found yet another DROSoft localization for Spain. This time it's Wing Commander 2. This one has a long of box text to translate, and the small instruction pamphlet has a very cool design with watermark silhouettes of all the ships on it. Relatively speaking, there's quite a few copies of Wing Commander 2 out there, but not this version of it! Really cool find!
