I want to reply to a number of posts (including my own), but there are no REPLY TAB's available. What am I missing? Thanks.

there is timer (60 or 30 seconds or so, unsure how exactly
) before you can post again. Reason is spamming attacks which we had here on portal by some stubborn upset human. He was able create new and new accounts and start scripts on them which were making tens to hundreds of posts before was account banned. And it happened again and again till was used certain restrictions which bored this individual ... (we were able stop him faster and he was not able do mess which he wanted).
