There is no definitiv conclusion but based on initial test I would advice players which switch between SP and MP to restart the launcher before you chance the game mode.… -

A few days ago I also applied a temporary fix to a 3d asset causing a freeze bug. It is intended to deliver a proper final fix for this issue later this week. -
