What 'might' look as if they have soo much : unlike we 'human' player can only use bats and bots to 'repair ti the full', they seem to use only a few at a time, not repairing fully but only partial, lets them use them over a longer time.

Have a question on using the mentioned tool.
    - I have successfully exported the .dds files of a .cmp file
    - I have created a new .dds file, that shall replace one of the exported

How do I 'import' this new .dds file into the .cmp file ?
    What I have tried/done yet :
    - renamed my .dds file to the one, that I will replace
    - put all .dds files (the new renamed one and the others, that should stay) into a new folder
    - set UTF Directory path to location of the .ccmp file
    - set Image Directory path to the aforementioned new folder
    - tagged 'Import Images to UTF'
    - 'Verbose' stayed tagged

    All I got :
    Total UTF Files Read: 1
    Total UTF Texture Libraries: 0
    Total UTF Files Modified: 0
    Total Images Imported: 0
    Total Time: 0 seconds

Tried it with renaming the .cmp file, tried it with renaming the image (.dds) files, ... always the same.

    What do I wrong ?

kk, tried docking with an Armored Transport at Battleship Missouri, as Martind stated I came from its starboard (right) side, with almost no speed.
First it looked as if I would get stucked - similar to CF 1.9 - in docking sequence

    AT docking 1

but I "waited" a bit before minimizing and closing from desktop. And =O ... IT MOVES ...

    AT docking 2

ccurios I waited and then - by itself - it moved into this position

    AT docking 3

    HURRAH !! ... and finally docked. :) ... with a wee hull damage penalty worth 11$ .

    Experience from Starflier TDM :
depends on number of participants = the more the better (as always :D ) , then 30 minutes can be enough
However, the kill-count will be reduced nevertheless, compared to VHF fights.

But, I would be happy to go with 45 minutes ^^

Tried todays Tour de Universe, it was set from 1st Waypoint Hyperspace to endpoint Texas with start time 20:00 server time
    - joined at about 20:05
    - reached Scotia at about 20:12
    - system tag prizes (100.000) payed and announced
    - servercrash at about 20:15/20:16
    - Tour is gone =O => no further system tag prizes => on "/gti" : "tour has ended, Next tour 2015-04-27 16:00
    Further observations :
I couldn't register for this next tour (on "/jointour" no reaction at all) while others, not participating todays tour could.

(btw : todays tour couldn't have be done in 1 hour in a fightercraft, maybe BS/DN with higher cruise speed. Finished it in about 1 hour 30 minutes, even with "speed docking" and no "safety" dock it would still have been anleast 1 hour 25 min. Therefor : no report on "finishing prize" possible today.)

kk, here's a save that - hopefully - fullfills your expectations and by me estimated skills :)

One I had a lot of ... fun achieving ^^

    Files

    • Save095a.zip

      (49.81 kB, downloaded 6 times, last: )

IMO easiest way and tool to get started : notepad :D

Start and see what changes using it on the numerous .ini files .

There are numerous editing and modding tutorials you can find here : https://swat-portal.com/forum/…odding-Boards-Freelancer/ and tools for getting files into a 'workable' format (like bini lite) in the Filebase.

I have to apologize, looking through your earlier post ... you don't seem to be a complete newbie ^^ .
Why don't you tell/show us a bit more of what you have and what you plan ?

Let's assume ... larger installations, or installations of larger capabiliies, need a lot of ... additional internal components, special energy converters, fire directors, maintaining crew compartments, etc.
The 'turret' you see on its outside is just the peak of an iceberg :D

Have you ever seen a large, asteroid like structure ? Perhaps only appearing briefly in your sight on the left or right while flying through the 'north' of the system ?

Look out for it and investigate a bit more, there might be something .... inside. Oh, and be carefull, there's a lot of radiation around and sometimes big buncches of nomads. ;)
