    ALRIGHT !


    Download complete and after decompressing/"installing" it into an empty folder the data files look fine (('[11]')AWSOME STUFF('[11]')).


    And since the included CFguide is still the same I take it the installation`s like "the same procedure like every year, James !".

  • Next Level requirement

    I WANT to play the story, but I would like to have some more time between the story line missions to have a look around, finding the places with the "good" stuff.


    I.e. Crossfire 1.7: since there is the open Custodian Jumpgate, you can go almost all over the place for looking for a "nice" ship. But it is a bit annoying when you are allways called back to New York and you are not able to take on some missions for getting i.e a Wolverine at the outcast base (was it Enyo ?).


    Another example: Rebalance Mod
    There are so many systems and bases with new equipment, that I always fear to miss something.
    At the moment after completing a mission I buy some munition or other stuff and throw it away just to get enough time to fly further, always fearing that I loot a Corsair or Xeno with a full load of neutralizers or else, puting my account about half a million in advance.

  • SWAT Project Starlancer:Sol War

    As I understand what information on this project is available, this project might become an at least graphical beefed up "in between" starlancer and freelancer mod, playable with joystick. javascript:smilie(':))')


    But there is not very much information around and I miss a related thread in the forum section for SWAT projects.

    Well, I don´t know how long ago TLR lost all the Starlancer-stuff, but maybe there is still someone around, who used and played with it. They might still have some of it somewhere deeply buried on their hard drive or elswhere.


    What about the guys, who made the mods and all the other stuff ? Perhaps they still have some copies of their work what they have been proud of at the time ( and maybe still are ).


    So again


    IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE ?
    Who might have some starlancer stuff lying around.

    Since this seems to be the only starlancer-forum with some recent action (javascript:smilie('?(') or does anybody has another adress or link javascript:smilie('?(')) I will try it here


    Are there any ship mods for starlancer out there, besides the two in the download section here on swat ?
    ( not only edited variants of the original ingame ones )

  • Which SP or OSP mods ?

    Beside Crossfire, which mods support also normal or at least open singleplayer mode ?


    Preferable the one´s that keep the atmosphere or even develop an own storyline, something like the quests in crossfire ?
