From a perspective of a mercenary, would it be possible (and wise) to reform the bounty system in a way that, when a person places a bounty on a person, the bounty is set on the entire ID (all characters), instead of bounty on a single character?
Pros I can think of - this would reduce the switch-outs to prevent people from hunting the bounty; a person that placed the bounty would want the other one dead and not alive across all chars of an ID.
Cons - until the bounty is satisfied, people will hunt all of you, not just specific char (eg. a BS or a fighter); if you have a store and a fighter on a same ID, both would have a bounty...

Can I make a suggestion that you replace the music from red (coalition-style) and blue (dimensional rift type) jump tunnels, you know, that techno-like?
Not to anything extravagant, just the normal jump tunnel music from Sirius. -

Oh, and BTW, don't fly Navitas anywhere near any kind of asteroid field. It's terrible. The ship looks awesome but handles terribly.

I use Cayman primarily because it's relatively close to buy and has a nice turning rate. Other than that, I actually don't like it.
I love the Wraith, P-7 Badger and Crusher ZX7... Not really for PvP nowadays, or I simply don't have time to master them. But, I still like them.
For hunting pods, Haidar or Deimos; I tried Liberty Cruiser too, which works well in Omicron Minor; my guess is Kusari Destroyer would too. I petitioned the latter two to be somewhat enhanced in 2.0 ages ago, hopefully something will come out of it.

New clans of course will be welcome after that release but for sure I will not allow an old clan to use a different clantag to bypass this decision.
If by this you mean my FH tag becoming the ex-PX, don't worry, that won't happen. Not even sure I'll keep it as I have other plans in mind.And probably a good solution to all this is just to check the IP logs or ban the parties indiscriminately, so, why bother with petty arguments...
