The best way to find stuff out about Crossfire is to chat to players in game. Players are happy to share info and many will take the time to show you where where things are.

I think it is a great idea to have a banking system.

Most player create more than one character. This allows them to keep a train for making money and then have other characters in fighters, capital ships or freighters for other purposes. You are able to have up to 5 characters on your CF account (though it is possible to have multiple account if you require more characters).

Can't give you any advice about battleships or other capital ships as I have not used them myself.

If you go on to the server and use the /frags command, what does it say then?

As far as I am aware, no. The DK hate us and that is the way it will stay.

There is balance in the game and it is possible to get all the 'best' equipment. If there is equipment you want in a clan system, then talk to a member of that clan about how you get that item and what the cost is.

DKAs are available in a couple of places but you will need to make enquiries in-game for further info. But DKAs, PPCs and Coalition Gats are all very similar so it is not vital to get the DKAs.

With the aid of a garbage compacter I can easily make your wish come true.

OK, there was a server reboot shortly after 7am at which stage the dynamic economy updated itself. Everything seems to be working correctly now.

I have just logged on to my trader character and I am getting an odd problem with being disconnected for possible cheating.

I had a cargo bay full of H-Fuel, so I sold that, purchased Prisoners and launched. I got the connection to server lost error message and I was booted. So I tried again and got the same.

So I launched without selling the cargo, all was fine. At this point I transferred all the cash off the train in case this was the problem. I docked and sold the cargo, again when I went to launch I was booted.

So I launched and opened fire on an NPC, they returned fire and destroyed me. I respawned, purchased prisoners and went to Stuttgart, sold cargo, purchased H-Fuel and returned to New Berlin. Sold the cargo and got the same disconnection again.

I checked with a player and along with me being booted, they are seeing a 'Possible cheat' message.

Another player (Hyosuke) was having a similar problem but he was getting booted for cheating if he tried to launch with BMGs in his cargo hold.

This error was first noticed at about 6:30 am GMT today.
