    I also experienced freezes but no stutter fps is fine. Think i solved little problems by updating the SP first then MP then run it at windowed mode and its working fine now its just ocasionall freezes at MP (i was thinking its server related lag) i dont try SP tho. Well with diferent computers diferent problems i use 2K resolution so graphic card do all heavy lifting CPU usage is almost zero even GPU usage is at 20% top. On 1080p CPU do most of the job. If you ask me problem is in shaders it self maybe reverting to older versions that worked will help.

    So I've been trawling the known net looking to see if there are any "in Depth" links to show what Bonus' and deductions can happen during the Story mode and yet cannot see ANY Anywhere.


    So I (SeerixSR388) am taking it upon myself to trawl through every mission to find the Bonus' & Deductions and will be uploading them here; Here is the First to being (Missions 1 to 4)

    I hope this helps everyone see the extras you can get through the Vanilla story & you enjoy it more knowing there are small Boons.


    I will go through all the Crossfire Missions soon & give the Base-pays, and Critical Mission Failures that show themselves over the coming weeks (once I get there again after my PC decided to say F.You to the graphics)

    this update just got released

    • The FPS lock problem should be fixed with it.
    • Additionally to this CF now supports borderless window mode (set window mode in launcher options).
    • The all landing scripts got completely rewritten and the launch scripts also got an syntax verification. This hopefully will fix the rare and random crashes when docking.
    • A plugin error was fixed which at least in my case was able to cause crashes.
    • Multiple improvements to HUD and UI were introduced (just some small detail changes)
    • Fix to the texture lod issue on Manhattan bar
    • Fix to broken scripts which rendered 6 bars invisible
    • fixes to widescreen settings of certain stations
    • improvements to 9 previously done base interiors
    • the last 8 Rheinland base interiors got their visual updates

    Downloaded but I'm still at 60FPS - I've done the shader erasure & also the "Add your graphics card to Info File"
    Have seen it is running smoother

    so I'm trying to push the game for faster FPS as 60 is ok but my monitor (and Gcard) can push to 144mhz refresh for 2K resolution (2560x1440).


    could people share how they boosted FPS please?


    Bear in mind I have done the graphics card thing to add my 3060


    (have marked as tech difficulties because it technically is

    No all of the time, but it usually happens half an hour to 45 minutes or so once I load up a save file. Oddly enough, reverting the shaders to vanilla FL seems to have fixed that. Though I did quite enjoy the graphical updates.

    What shader option did you pick as I am using the DX 10/11/12 most of the time - this could also fix the Graphical issue I'm having with certain elemnts

    I'll have an in-depth read later.

    the shaders used (presuming the F12 option in Game) is Preset 1 which I like

    So I've just had to do a fresh install to see why my game has been lagging thinking it was just my PC (even though this is a power-house I had to check) and when I'm in space I get 60 FPS minimal issue, but the instant I am docked Anywhere (this is both SP and MP) my FPS PLUMMETS below 25! (see top left comparison, docked (top) & in space (bottom)) - only had this issue since the Patch, same for the Oeega-3 Ion Cannons and any DOM enemies (minus Kavash) ships and Ion cannons are completely INVISIBLE (forgot to mention the GMG base in the system you fight ancients, also got this problem)
