Ähm ..ok, i talk about from Inner Core-Sector direct, where is the Black-Hole, Venn and Anomaly, and now i'm in the Malyrul Cloud (left-upper from Black-Hole)...sry it was a misunderstanding i guess ... ^^

Sorry, but there is no direct way back to Sirius Sector.
Once you entered the Inner Core system, you will have to go all the way through the other Inner Core systems and make your way back.
    It's a one way only.

    No
Inner Core -> "behind" the Black hole is another Gate, leading into another system. Then you will have to explore even more systems.
It's a long way getting out there and pretty dangerous as well. (at least the first few systems)

The black hole in Inner Core itself is only a death-bringing appearing. Nothing to dock at :)

Explore the Inner Core to find a system called Phanchdar
There will be a big surprise awaiting you and giving you access back to Altair Space/Hyperspace.
From there you have to make your way back to Sirius.
Entering Inner Core and leaving Inner Core are two different ways, both is only a one directional way ;)

Oh really, you don't lose anything, then please ignore me when I start destroying your train with no warn after switching chars every time you are about to dock with the destination of your route. Thing I can actually do counting our RPs, but, not my style. (so this is sarcasm ).

Wasting hours of your free time of your life (which for some is not a lot of time) and your nerves as trading is repetitive and you do it for nothing, doesn't matter, right ? It's all fun getting exploded as you say. Let's also eliminate the rules as we can randomly kill people anyway, which would possibly be the purpose of those rules.

Michael, in order to kill me in a train, you would have to be ONLINE :P
when you kill me in a train, I will get my revenge sooner or later. I dont mind waiting :)
when you have to switch chars in order to catch me, or to avoid me, your problem, I will get you anyway (or hiring mercs to get you) :)
if you keep switching chars only for the purpose, mentioned above. then I will simply report you.
if someone kills me oorp, I will simply report him/her.

and now, stop that crap please.

Martind .. THIS is exactly what I was talking about. When people start using their mind in order to develop tactics.
But most people expect others to think for them, because they are too lazy to do it themself.
    There are so many options.

Does there always have to be someone who is doing the thinking part for others?
    Poor mankind 8)

What do you lose, when your train explodes? If you trade the "right" things, you dont even loose anything, but a few credits.
Oh, yeah its bad for the stat-munger who only go for their frag-stats. But hey. thats not really anything to be concerned about. It's a GAME after all.
Some people might be smart enough develop their own tactics in order to give a proper payback.
You dont necessarily have to fight fire with fire.

People who experience such things, have plenty options to react properly.
Unfortunately, most of the people don't think about how many options they have. A mind has been given to be used, not only to be carried around. ;)

    MysticalDL:
There will always people who will use every possibililty to backstab others, make others doing their own "job", using "unfair" methods to gain an advantage.
As well will be there always people who run from every fight and try to avoid every confrontation, in order to cover their weakness.

You can try to chase and hunt them, or simply avoid their presence. It's your own call.
Or you strike back on those people with their own weapons/tactics.

After all, its still a game and supposed to bring fun to players. And if someone tries to drive others off the server, get evidence and report them.

How can you honestly expect others to change their way of acting, when you are not even watching your own way?

read THIS and most important UNDERSTAND and DO it.

If any player (clan member or not) acts in a way they shouldn't or is breaking any RP- or server rule, then simply report it, like everyone else does (and is supposed to).

And STOP arguing, guessing, speculate and assuming other players and/or clans intentions.

yes robbers, you broke it all. Lets blame you for it :P

No, seriously, it was beeing announced earlier this morning via console message on the server directly that there is an update comming and everyone has to make sure that the game is restarted via launcher afterwards.
btw. it is back up again :)

    Hi and Welcome :)

    Police-RP

    • can engage pirates with or without warning on sight
    • can use "/fine" command (Crossfire 2.0 Roleplay explained)
    • can charge/fine others for criminal/illegal activities, such as killing other people for money (collecting bounties), hauling illegal goods (such as Black Market Goods, those what the NPC-cops are also want you to drop
    • can engage all others (mercenaries, smugglers, freelancers) only with a given warning prior (if they have illegal goods loaded)
    • can hire mercenaries for adding fire-power or to do whatever job the mercenary is agreeing to.
Note: private/public killing contracts are FORBIDDEN! For specific target termination can be used only public BOUNTY!

    Pirate-RP

    • can engage cops with or without warning on sight
    • can use "/tax" command (Crossfire 2.0 Roleplay explained)
    • can engage all others (mercenaries, smugglers, freelancers) only with a given warning prior, (example: player xy pay tax xyz or I die)
    • can hire mercenaries for adding fire-power or to do whatever job the mercenary is agreeing to.
Note: private/public killing contracts are FORBIDDEN! For specific target termination can be used only public BOUNTY!

    Mercenary-RP

    • can engage others without warning ONLY FOR collecting BOUNTY!
    • can get contracted by other players, for any job they agree to.
    • can hire other mercenaries to get a job done
    • being hired for pirate action, the mercenary might get treated as pirate themself for the duration of the contract, when being spotted by a cop performing this action
    • being hired for police action, the mercenary might get treated as a cop themself for the duration of the contract, when being spotted by a pirate performing this action
    • can NOT collect public bounties which are being placed by the same person or clan (eg. A sets bounty on B and then wants to hunt B for the bounty)
    • can place public bounties on any other player (depending on the victims level)

    Smuggler-RP

    • can buy (and trade) Black Market goods (BMG - illegal) Which might be more risky than regular trades but also pays better than regular trades
    • can get not engage others
    • can hire mercenaries to do whatever job the mercenarie is agreeing to (included escort against pirates or police).
Note: private/public killing contracts are FORBIDDEN! For specific target termination can be used only public BOUNTY!
    • can place public bounties on any player (with applying the server rules for bounties frequency placed by the same player)

    Notes

    • Buy (trading) regular commodities (which are not listed as BMG eg. Water, Diamonds, H-Fuel, ect.) is of course allowed to anyone, regardless the chosen role.
    • There COULD be some situations when you enter a clan-owned system (which you recognize at a little tag right after the entrance AND newly also with "info-message" fully customizable by clan leader). Clans can make up their own rules, ONLY valid within their system. So it could happen, that you might get shot on sight even from a mercenary when entering their clan system without permission or prior denial. Just so you know. Clans & Clans systems overview you can find here: CF 2.0 Server Clans list .
    • Every pilot is allowed to defend themself in any situation.
    • I'm sure I did not post every single possibility since its also up to your own mind how you play the role you chose --> rules are given, but form how you will do RP is only up to our decision, as long its not turning into harassment.
    • More information about the possibilities for each role you can get here, at section 2c (Open Role Play) and you may want to look also here: Crossfire 2.0 Roleplay explained

    Appropriate license

Just make sure you do have the appropriate license mounted when intending to perform certain actions:

Good luck and have fun! :)

Robbers Dog: It's surely not bad at all to point things out. But fact is, that only OP and GR's can effectivly doing something against it.
You for sure could tell those people (if you are a witness of such behaviour) not to do so, but the question would be, will they listen to you?

husker: please. don't give any trolls a reason to respond with nonsense only to say something useless ;)

Robbers Dog: the easiest thing is to name people who show such "behaviour" to the GR of your clan or any other GR, so they can have an eye on those guys and do whatever is necessary and apropriate in such situation.

Sure its not a nice behaviour to just switch chars and tax and then switch back and do the "regular" thing.
On the other hand, I seriously doubt that those people even read the forum, nor that they actually care what others think about, as long they do get away with it.

wow Michael that is the dumbest shit I've ever read and it made absoulety no sense what so ever

no wonder Abras is always pissed at you

    got my point

    Who's Abras? main question , who's Spiky? :(

    1) me

    2) the guy who loves pink ships and beats your butt with an eagle, no matter what you fly ;)

Well. Bounty Hunters (mercenaries) are free to choose whether they give a prior warning to their "victim" or not.
And I agree with Huor :) If I got a bounty on my head and I prefer to ignore the BH's then they will actually have to chase me for "their" reward.
Rex knows how long it can take to collect a bounty, don't you Rex? :P . And I was polite waiting every time he had to come out of the station in Theta again :D:D But it was fun, and thats all what counts, I think
If you got a bounty placed on your marble, then you will recognize if someone is heading your way, when you pay attention to the other pilots out there. ;)

PvP is nothing else than Player vs Player. No declaration how long the fight hast to last, no declaration how it has to be done.
Everything "special", will have to be settled before the duel/pvp begins. So all parties are pleased ;)
If someone prefers to use missiles and avoid gunfire by spinning around. well. let them try. Even those will die.
I prefer having those guys to fight than having those who constantly try to run from/avoid each fight, or login off before you can even hit a shot. :D

As long you have moving targets. SHOOT.

well this is usual what people do, who wouldn't stand a chance in a "normal" fight.

If someone fires missiles only and you can't hit them with your guns, then be faster with your CD's to make them kissing their own blast :D
