about batsandbots -- eww! use em if someone is unlawfully slaughtering you, the only dishonour there is on their part. If it is role-play (the opinion of me, who doesnt play), use em for the added challenge. In PvP, 'eww', just plain 'no way'. The only way it is honourable is if all involved parties are in agreement upon the usage of them. If there is that agreement in place, it could prove rather interesting and an unusual challenge.

Or is it more of a 'hang out' clan, or maybe a clan to be influencial in globular decision-making? Maybe they are secretly 'researching' Nomadic biology and physics. Maybe they aspire to be Nomadic? op -- you sold vega to another clan? I havent read news in forever as im not welcome, but Josiah (blur) has kept me informed on a couple things, but nothing since saturday as he left for some school camp thing.

let me know. Also if it is taken by someone else, please keep the payment and just start the month when Josiah makes a choice for a new system, i think he will be back this weekend.

and if there is anything else i need to know...i will keep the forum open the rest of the day (its 1600 here now).

i could do that. I guess i just want to see people show humanity. DarkStalker, you seem to have the greatest hold on grudging us. Please reconsider, i would be happy to 'get to know' you and vise-versa in hopes that you will see my intentions for what they are, and not what you think they are based on our pasts. Im sure you have done things too, this is 'just a game' as so many say, but it has become a matter of true and real life. Let us deal with it responsibly and not in an immature manner, i will not let you be sorry, I promise!

do not be hypocritical about this. It would be compromising to the very idea of a "community". You wish to be a community people want to be a part of, then show it... Take a revote like so, and if in favor of us staying, JUST FORGIVE and we will all be content and through with this mess that got waaay out of hand (got to be something i knew not, something i did not want [referring to "destroying the server"], something i could no longer control or reverse without Jibs willingness to do the same, he brought me and Blur down with him, we got tied into something we no longer had control of reputation, he did)

Here are my terms...

Take vote with only people that swear to have witnessed the war (nothing to do with the "2nd" chance, i still dont get what happened then, op, i understand what you have said about it, but the things you have from then were written from the war, totally seperate from the '2nd' chance).

If those who witnessed in final are in favor of our staying, then i request that people like DS (who specifically i liked...until now, now im just concerned, but w/e), Let things go, move on, give it a 2nd chance, a REAL one, the '2nd' chance you all acclaim i do not get to this day and that was a few months ago.

If those who witnessed in final are against our staying, then we will leave, with requested reimbursement of the 75% of the one month rental, as its only been claimed 2 weeks, one of which the server was down.

These are my terms, i do not plan to return to space until i see an OFFICIAL statement, i expect this within 3 days. i will be watching for this no later than 08:00-GMT on the 5th.
