    Very well! this is truth, that is, this communality is defined as a community. And also, because we are scattered throughout the world (planet Earth) we have different roles to play: some take care of the material base of the society (the server), some are the inteligentia, some are the clowns, some represent the law (enforcement), some are the outlaw... and so on...     U see guys? OP is a great leader. We should think, re-think, how is political leadership being treated in our modern societies, and how human beings, somehow, seek for leadership and if leaders (in personal form) are yet needed in our societies.

    The only problem I see in this kind of community, is that all the material base is detained by one person, the one wich controls the server... so, the others, basically, have no rights, and are subjected to the altruism of the "Great Chief". Well, families in general were/are the same kind of community/group...
    Anyway, OP, for his service and sacrifices depicts a good figure of a leader! I hope he will get soon a position among major developers at the computer/games industry
