If nothing works maybe try different shader options, for me RS+SFX FXRA Default (DX9) works.

Wanted to help. Had once similar problems, Hit Mp in launcher, update started and finished and then again launcher. Dunno which problem it was but changing shader options helped. btw others too

Hi a good thing for beginners is to have a look at the tour. Type /gti and you see when the tour is and through which systems it runs. Tour is everyday for 1 hour. When tour is started type /jointour, now you get 1mil reward for entering each system of the tour. You need not finish the just enter the systems which are easy for you. Good luck.

Im no native frenchman, but as far as i could find out by leo and google there is nothing like la royale in french. "royale" means "königlich". The british navy is Royal Navy.. My main subject was, Liberty Navy can be found in the reputation list as liberty navy, and if you have affilation to liberty navy , the words "liberty navy" appear infront of your name and in the bottom line of the reputation Liberty Navy is flashing. La Royale has no entry in reputaion list. When Renaissance is in the bottom line and flashing you got La Royale as affilation like [La Royale] IndianaJones and not [Renaissance] IndianaJones. Thats what i want to say with mismatch.

Why is there a mismatch in faction name La Royale-Renaissance. In reputation list Renaissance, Affilation La Royale. When translating it to German differnece grows. Renaiccance: Wiedergeburt, La Royale: Der Eierstich

ok thanks problem solved, i only restarted windows not the pc. Now after pc restart everything is ok

Did as Martind told me, uninstalled totally everything from freelancer, reinstalled vanilla freelancer then put launcher into new installed freelancer directory and started the new setup
