IIRC you can skip the docking scenes in SP by pressing Esc. And you can skip planet landing scenes in both modes.

Also if you are flying a large ship that has to use mooring points, you can fast-dock by flying your ship really close to the mooring point.

Speaking of broken hearts, I like the two lines from this song: "Stillgestanden in der Brust, ein totes Herz is kein verlost" ("Still in the chest, the dead heart is no loss")

The rest of the song is rather controversional so I'll leave it at that.

    *Crewman unintelligible babble*

    *Robotic chirping noises*

"Parvos Granum! Your sacred tokens shall remain secure from the grasp of the idle!" *sliced into thin ribbons before finishing the speech*

(That's on low tier. On beefier locations Treasurers are fairly tanky.)

Best Archgun would be the Mausolon (the 2nd fire mode is pretty good at killing the Orphix) but most other archguns work just fine.

People recommend Fluctus due to its infinite Punch Through. I'm going to try both. (So far I'm using Mausolon, I use its alt-fire to one-shot the Orphix after popping a second set of resonators).

Also I don't use Voidrig's 4th 'cos all my energy goes to keep it alive via Storm Shroud. If I use Guard Mode even once, I might as well plod to extraction the next time a Battalyst uses its disco ball of death attack next to me.

Well, so far I can barely get past 5th Orphix in Endurance, so I can't get the final reward. +My Voidrig only has 1 forma and I'm re-leveling it.

I have to say that Orphix Venom is much more user friendly and easier to access.

Umm... Honestly, I have to point out the following:

First of all. I could do 2 or 3 Condrixes in Scarlet Spear after merely finishing The Second Dream. Orphix Venom requires The War Within (which is further than that) at least.

Scarlet Spear required MR3 (IIRC). If you want to use a necramech that isn't a pile of garbage, you have to be MR14, 'cos you can't have a 'mech before that MR ('cos Necraloid Rank 2 is locked behind Sepulchrum Blueprint and you must be MR14 to buy it).

Also while Scarlet Spear could be done relying on your Warframe abilities (you could use Operator liberally). Orphix Venom requires you to rely on your Operator and Necramech. Which means: to perform better you need a better Operator skills/equipment (amp, arcanes, focus... True, you can do without them, but still) and well upgraded Necramech.

Finally, this entire dance between Warframe, Operator and Necramech can be disorienting at times. Especially if you switch to Operator near a fallen necramech and on switching back, your Operator jumps into the wrecked 'mech, spending half a day playing its rebuilding animation. I wouldn't really call that user friendly.

Finally, the Sentients don't drop anything. I think I have a half of Shedu ready for assembly from the last Scarlet Spear.

Sure, if you have all the required gear to milk either event with maximal efficiency, then Orphix Venom is easier to access and is more user friendly. So the quoted statement is true with a following note: if you're a veteran and you're looking for a maximum effort, maximum yield.

EDIT: Tested out Fluctus. You know how Orphix loves spawning its resonators in some cranny you have to plod into with your mech and it takes forever? With Fluctus, you don't have to! Just aim in the direction of where you think resonator is and fire. Also, Fluctus can hit the Orphix's core through the rest of its body. The main problem is in Fluctus's usability (semi automatic trigger, 40 rounds in a clip, relatively slow projectile), but the time economy during this particular operation might be worth it.

However, I didn't fully mod my Fluctus yet (needs 1-2 forma I think), so damage output is low. I'm also considering using Bonewidow, since I've heard she can heal herself. Also I somewhat improved my survivability with Necramech Aviator (will add Necramech Repair once I'll move on to Endurance), mitigated energy troubles with Necramech Rage and overall got plenty of sweet loot.

I'm aiming at buying Arcane Avenger. Maybe other arcanes too. I might get Lavos and the gun by just playing the event. (I also managed to get an alt helmet!).

-So, I talked to the techs - Ajay said. - According to energy signatures we picked up, it looks like a vast number of nanoscale warp drives self-destructed around Celldra. Whatever remnants of the nanites were left, we cleared them even more thoroughly. Perhaps we even finished the job started three years ago.

The crowd of pilots broke into cheers.

-Now excuse me, I've gotta check on someone... - the Coalition scout said and turned to K-719's commander, who was standing behind him.

-Our medics report he's fine - Strakhov said. - It was a really shitty situation though. But eh, his ship's repairs are on the house. Hopefully no hard feelings involved. You know, if I have to fight the fighters with this battleship...

-I'm sure there are no hard feelings. Well, if that ended well... - Ajay chuckled. - This turned out way better than I expected.

    OoRP:

Thanks for coming, everyone! It was fun and I hope you enjoyed this little scenario I have cooked up.

Also, apologies to denne if he minds me jacking the event he ran back at January 2017 and slapping a sequel on it.

In the 2nd mission you can go for Defender. But what you describe (telling off Juni and then CTD when trying to buy a ship) happens before the first mission.

(Case in point, convoy escorting and then searching for the Rogue base is both the first mission).

Strange. I'm awful at combat and I'm finding the NPCs manageable.
