  • Single Player crash

    Wappie this is a very old thread, if you had looked at the date stamp on the posts. this problem likely was fixed long ago ( back in april i assume).

  • communication breakdown

    not to correct Vishnu at all, but the default key for opening the chatbox is " Y " key. then click on the player or channel you wish to speak in, press Enter/Return key and start typing. press Enter/Return key again to send your message.

  • Event manager meeting

    the meeting could be changed to Sunday at about the same time ( 8 pm GMT) if saturday is not possible for u. the reason i made it for 8PM is so that the event managers who handle the primary server events would have a good chance to get online during this time. the meeting start time could also be changed either a hour or so later depending on what ppl want.

  • Vega jumpgate

    likely problem with this is 3D sound. go to the main menu and go to Sound options, un-tick the 3D sound box and it should be fine.

  • Event manager meeting

    I would like to call a meeting for all event managers currently active. this meeting is mainly to organize all EMs with their events, aswell as check for any events that require more help. also many other important things will be discussed in this meeting. I am wondering if next Sunday at the time of 7-ish PM GMT next sunday Jan 9 would work ? if all event managers could reply to this and tell me if this is a good time, i would appreciate that.


    the meeting will take place on mIRC. u may download it at www.mirc.com. click the Download mirc buttun, then click it again. then click the download buttun on Cnet site to start the download. after it is installed, open the program and type in your nickname and then click on Servers. open the Quakenet server folder, double click on "Random server" then click the Connect buttun at the upper left corner of the client. a box will popup on the center of screen, type #swat-portal into it to join the channel.


    plz let me know if you need help with installing mIRC or any comments on this meeting,

  • Missing info?

    Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.


    Today i noticed that while helping a friend through the CF storyline, that the datadisk from the Sleepership in Nephele is missing some data that i believe was in previous versions of the mod. correct me if im wrong but i am sure that the datadisk gave the coordinates to the 3 pieces of info needed to find the Dimensional Rift in Sol.

  • Getting next level in Blood-Dragon part of SP

    As part of FL's storyline, once u join the Blood dragons, u are considered a terrorist by all, so in this way, u basicly are not allowed to go anywhere else other than Chugoku. so as Martind said, u might need to be more creative in how u make money, as attempting to bribe several factions at this point in the story would not get u very far, not to mention the time and effort involved. save ur pods for when the storyline is over, then ur rep gets fixed.

  • Order Rep.

    there are actually 2 Order factions in CF, the vannila type and the type used in CF. u can up ur rep with the Order from CF, for example, the Order ships in Sol will turn green and such. but the Order rep of Toledo is the original Order faction. also, no missions are offered at that base anyhow, even if u were to get full green with the vannila Order, u still couldnt take any.
