What you should try is reinstall FLMM, Reinstall the Mod, reinstall FL, clean registry, delete the folder from My Documents/My Games/Freelancer Then, install it all back. And that shall be it. I had no problem installing in on a Win7 x64 bit and a Win7 x64bit SP1. So, you did something wrong somewhere Cheers, Scorpi

Okay, so i had troubles in the start too. No money, no guns, no nothing. But the first thing i did (before i started playing SP) was get on MP and talk to the people. I soon hit the Jackpot. Shockwave and The_Cro_Legend. They were the ones that guided me. First I explored a bit in MP, did missions, found stuff that i should be interested in, and then i went on SP. No biggie. But i still lacked money. So, the pro tip here.

That's what helped me with the cash problem. Anyways, for the ship i'd pick Chimera from Helios (Capua Base), guns - PPC (Phoenix Project Cannons if i recall correctly) and then i went on rampageing. Also you should try and search for the Energy Upgrade, Shield Upgrade, and get one of those Armor Class 10s. Those help alot.~Scorpi

Hi guys. I got a few suggestions that may be useful in Crossfire 2.0 Insta Shield - Gives you 50% of your shield when down. Uses credits and red crystals for production *StackableBattle Repair Bot - Heals you 5% per second, to a max of 50% of Hull. Uses Credits and crystals for production.*StackableHull Leech - 10% of the damage you make gets transformed to Hull. Uses Credits and Crystals for production.*Stackable Ship Designs: like: Venom Cayman - Gives 5% more damage and ability to heal the ship (25%) or something like that. Should be fine for now

Well. You got a point. Today in X it was fun. Paranoid (YAY HE IS BACK) was pirating cops. Cops were running, he puts bounty on, they put on him. I kill them all, then go for another one. He runs in Arena, i catch him there and kill him (he knew what he was facing), then some Arena training with Lonewolf (Dude, epic :D, is the KoS off? ). Then again back to X with alot of pods venturing around. All in all, some do RP, some don't. Horses pew arses, everyone knows. That's it. But we should limit the useless PvP that is happening infront of Crossfire (planet) almost every day for 2-3 hours.

but that surely doesn't get started in X... maybe once every MONTH. But if you RP, not just say: Tax 1milordai. That's just nonsense. Strict RP rules should be considered adding to the current ones.

It's the same idea i had a couple of weeks ago. Close X for PVP. Today i saw at least 10 guys PVPing for 30-45minutes constantly. That ain't RP. That's PVP. And, is this PVP server or RP one? Arena = PVP Other systems = RP

Well, today the server topped just about 30 people. As far as i can see, we got a regular 10 new players weekly. With some help, they can become regulars on the server and on the forum.
