mine is not to believe in a guy which failed that often and obviously is lying to the masses in one or another way
Maybe he is and I understand where you are coming from but at the same time, I don't have much of a basis for my answer as I never played wing commander or anything along those lines that had his involvement with such games.
The only thing that I look to is there is hopefully another space sim game on the way good or bad its still another space sim game.
I'm not biased although it might seem that way for example I am not a big fan of bf3 multiplayer as they reduced how destructible the environment is but, I enjoyed the main single player campaign a lot more then bfbc2. Lol I don't even think I'm making a good enough point here that dictates enough reasoning to be read or heard.
If Star Civilian is a complete flop fair enough but at least someone tried to make another space sim game.
They use the cryengine3 originally used for Crysis2 and recently Crysis3, I have looked at some of the released footage and despite from some peoples grudges.
Despite who or whom started this project or are working on it, is it not right just to be please there is another space sim game on the horizon.
Or am I completely missing the point that the space sim genre is still damn near mi-neut, yes some hate the guy behind it for so many reasons.
But I am tired of all this bitching and moaning, still holding onto the past won't change the present or future.
Any chance they're just expanding to help with development, so yes this may speed up the process but bare in mind building a game from scratch isn't easy.
They did start work on it some time ago but there seems to be a public assumption in question, how much have they actually done.
Well only the developers can answer that question, so you're better off asking them.
You don't just start modelling, coding and expanding, you need to design and plan out how things will or could be done and who will do it and it helps to set guidelines and dead lines to keep the workflow at a good constant level. Slightly off topic I know but I'm really growing tired of all these questions and doubts, just accept that these things take a lot of time to complete and it will be released when and if its completed.
Yep.:)
I don't claim to be good at pvp as frankly most of the time I'm blind as a bat due to genectic issues such as glaucoma and the like but, I would say I'm at least half decent.
Its funny because I can teach as I do understand how to move and shoot in PVP and yet the people, I have trained in the past end up better then I am.
So maybe the approach should be telling new and inexperienced pilots its okay to ask?
I'm serious if this isn't part of RP my apologies but anyways back on topic, a very long time ago a very good friend of mine p0x used to train with me.
And it is my understanding that this is part of clan duties but it seems to me that this hardly ever happens as it just seems to be expected that you know what you doing.
And how to fight when you join a clan, my apologies to long time seniors of the Freelancer Crossfire mod.
This is bugging the crap out of me and not because I am a little out of touch and could do with a retrain well maybe it is a bit.
But without more people offering training, this could single handily significantly reduce RP activity, I make this point because without training or knowledge.
We will end up with well experienced pilots and a lot of inexperienced pilots not even daring to make a move in RP.
I can't remember the last time I saw a good old attack and defend between a group of pilots or two clans or more, things need to change as we have all or most of us notice of late.
So I am asking all experienced pilots and people willing to help to put this measure in place whenever possible and to make it known that help will always be offered to new or inexperienced pilots.
I know all of this may go without saying but being quiet about it and ignoring the problem is not going to make it go away, one thing is for sure that ignoring the problem will result in less server activitiy and pilots leaving the server.
Thanks mate.:)

Version 2

I'm sure you will mate.:D
I did before pirate lol and for nearly a full day before converting back to pirate.
Unless my modified AutoSave.fl save game file that I removed just incase was causing the problem, lol.><
No worries and as of now I am no longer playing the cop role, not really to my liking.
I have joined |LC| pirate clan.:)
It might be down to the fact, I am running Window 7 64 bit ultimate.
Its stable, I've checked it with Linx and IntelBurnTest on maximum, I have resolved the problem by installing freelancer with windows xp SP3 comparability and run as admin.
Same for CF1.9 and all is fine now. Thanks.:)
