first to say i cant help you now with that - in such cases you should use the ticketsystem via the Tools, the appropriate team will help you there, so i advice you to use it

otherwise i think one of the guys with the rights to change something can help you out with your issue

some stations / planets are simply not dockable with bigger ships, so does the command module... e.g. every dom'kavash station is not dockable with capships, so i suggest you get yourself a better fighter to deal with the problem.

try to write a ticket about this issue via tools -> ticketsystem and you may get help there

for the menu try shift+f1 or change it in the options-section (e.g. when you are docked)
