Hello. A few minutes ago, when I tried to undock from the planet Blood, I got disconnected. One user in the chat with the nickname ISK wrote that this is an autoban and I need to update. First of all, I don’t understand what the ban is for... I don’t use any cheats, exploits, nothing... I re-logged, and now when I try to enter the server it says that my account is banned... this is what I wrote back then. If the game detects outdated or modified files, it treats it as a cheat. After several attempts in a row, it automatically bans you. For example, the prices and availability of goods are updated daily on all bases, and if the update is not made in a timely manner after trading operations, you will be kicked out of the game. The notification is displayed in the game and is visible to other players, but it is not visible to the player who was kicked out by the system. It would be nice to resolve this issue, and it is a question for the administrators.

It just helped me to wipe everything to hell and reinstall. But it didn’t make things any less strange. The first installation asked for the original game files. The second one didn’t. The first also had some issues with launching and exiting, sometimes it would freeze. Now that doesn’t happen. But it’s frustrating that I can’t restore my old character or delete it to free up the name. Anyway, whatever. I played here a few years ago, the problems are still the same.

The installer only asks for the location of the original game if the registry entry pointing to that location is missing.
Once the original game has been installed that registry entry is created.
It is not possible to inform a banned player about the reason of a ban. That is like terminating a mobile phone connection and still expecting the other person still to hear you.
The ingame console very much tells every player 3 times prior a market update to restart the game.
The error posted above is btw. not related to market updates.

I thought it over. Another option is to insert a delay in breaking the connection, for example, 10 seconds, so that the player has time to read. If the autobahn module is available to you for editing, it's not difficult at all. I have never been able to find out about the lock on my own. One time I was warned by another player, and in my experience I went out to update myself after two communication breaks in a row.
