minor FL/CF NPCs ID missing

There seems to be a glitch with some of the NPCs + Jobs Boards and who they are offering their services for. For example, the NPC for the Coalition in the bar on Manhattan. She says she will fix my reputation, for a small fee (3.5 million Cs!). But she does not tell me who my reputation will be fixed with. Another example, the jobs board or NPCs offering missions at Aeston Shipyard. The offers are to rid the client of some pests. But they never identify who the pests are. There are more instances of this all over the upper levels of CF. Is this fixable? Thank you for your time.
