Is there anyway at all in uninstalling CF without having to uinstall FLMM and Freelancer itself all the time? It seems that when i do it i get an error then it says somethin about back ups. Could anyone help in giving me guidelines on how to properly uninstall CF mod. Don't worry im not abandoning the MOD. Since the server is down, I'd like to re-activate the Single player mode as I previously activated open single player. Any help would be nice thank you in advance!

there is no need to uninstall FLMM, but thats about it, I dont really know a shorter method

You could make a .rar or .zip of a clean Freelancer install (with you account number and settings) and then delete the whole Freelancer file and unzip the rar or zip where the original install was then you can use other mods and then do the same thing when you want to go back to CF.

very good idea Morti thank u!

You can also make sure you have the downloaded EXE file of the Crossfire installer, don't uninstall and then reinstall FL, but rather just reinstall from the setup menu. And then install again Crossfire. Whole thing should take about 7 mins.

reinstall sometimes leaves little bugs so its always better to do a full uninstall then reinstall.
the .rar is the best idea

uninstalling CF1.62 with flmm does not work correctly because of a bug in flmm
a clean installation of FL is needed again if you try
