Source file "m01a.ini" does not exist for download - help please. I'm on Windows 11

    Hiya, Freelancer does launch but cant load start screen. Log shows the following

    16:12:54.579 --> [x]:Wrong or missing answer from server

    16:12:54.579 --> [w]:Source file "m01a.ini" does not exist for download

    16:12:54.580 --> [i]:Prepare Crossfire Start

    16:12:55.815 --> [i]:Starting Crossfire

    16:13:00.424 --> [i]:Crossfire is running

    16:13:23.687 --> [x]:Crossfire Exit - CODE 00000001

    16:13:23.949 --> [i]:Crossfire was closed


    I've tried making all files writeable, running in admin, reinstalling. keep getting this error.

    still getting the same issue. I reinstalled and same thing. ( this was happening to me a couple of days ago as well so it might not be related to updates you're doing). Thanks for looking into this

    hmm, the log code seems to have changed but still not working

    ok, seems to be sorted now. the Crossfire Exit - CODE 00000001 was a shader issue (maybe the whole thing was, dunno) and if the missing file was an issue i guess its not now. Either way i feel stupid but now i get to play the game, so, yay!

    the default, DX 10/11/12. I set it to Vanilla FL and it works fine. Havent tried the others yet. Only slight problem is that intro cinematics are just green screens, but who cares :D
