Where do i find these shields?

I just bought a Falcon ship in single player and the shield is pretty bad. I know the Adv. Protector H.F. Shield can be found on some heavy fighter ships but can you buy it separately without another ship? If you can't do that, on what ships can i find it?

Donezk Station, Dzerthinsky Military Academy, Gansu Research Outpost, Gorkij Station Gorlowka Carrier, Govorov Trading Station, Heifei Ore Refinery, Jinan Fuel Depot etc. etc... Basically in Sovetskaya
