Hi issues with text not looking right

Right i have done fresh install of the mod and game and the mod manager to try fix this issue its with Reshade DX10 option vanilla works perfect i have done fresh install of gpu drivers still the same i will post pics of the issue hope it can be fixed

thanks in advance on any tips to resolve

i know for a fact the guys should not look white lol or the text it all looks fuzzy and horrid

npcs dont have textures

yeah is strange ive done everything to fix it ie reinstall everything like i say other shaders are fine just reshade dx 10 looks awful

for now ill just use vanilla hope its justa server issue where it needs a restart or something

its in the options ingame using reshade dx10 shader press f11 it shows it

these are on windows 10 1909 as ive changed os to see if it fixes it its kinda fixed alittle to the texture to the shop keeper in the base as u can see but the text is still a fuzzy white and the jump gate warping looks weird
