Launcher pauses during update

My launcher would often pause when trying to do any updates over 100. And I have to close then re-open the launcher for it to work.

Is there also a reason why each time I try open a single player game it asks to update with 43 updates?

Anyway, please help!

Additional details:

The launcher decreases from 577 down to 477 for example if it pauses on number 100 during the update.

43 files are related to updating dynamic economy and dynamic universe, if you play SP only, you can skip these updates. More files update should happen only once, and it is after you for a first time run freshly activated mod; reason are updates done to numerous parts of this mod after release.

Thanks! How do you explain the updates pausing on "3/567" let's say then having to restart the launcher each time?

Something was not installed/activated properly or your system setting disallow launcher overwrite needed files. It alas clearly is just local issue.

Ohk, well, I have installed all the updates anyway, it's just way tedious!
