the "missing" three Sleeper Ships

    It been agreed to post a conversation between Ajay and myself regarding the "missing" three Sleeper Ships. Any input or opinions by others would be much appreciated. Thank you.


    Hi Ajay

    I understand you are the best to ask about historical issues with CF2.0. I'm looking for three Sleeper Ships: The Kusari, The Bretonia and The Rheinlander. Initially I'm focusing on the Kusari. I started looking at System New Tokyo in the assumption the arrival of any Sleeper Ship in a System, the System will be named such that the origin of the arrivals is used to name the System. For example, The Liberty led to the naming of its arrival System, New York. Hence, I'm search System New Tokyo in an effort to locate the Kusari.


    Just focussing on The Kusari, what is your opinion as to where its located, if it exists at all?

    I've been playing both Vanilla FL and CF for years and I can say I haven't seen The Kusari, The Bretonia and The Rheinland in respective systems. So I think either of them didn't last to present day. For example, scrapped for material or preserved in a museum somewhere in a backwater.

    Yes. IMHO I think that is the case and make a lot of sense. The material value, literally, would have been of huge value and maybe scares, if not non existent, in their new surroundings. I understand that was the situation with The Liberty in New York, but was subsequently rebuilt as a monument close to, and viewable from, the landing pad.


    Is it likely that this (that is the destruction and reuse of maybe all the 3 Sleeper Ships) will be written into the history of CF2.0 (it you understand what I mean: we can write the history)?

    I would like that.

    Or will it be left alone to remain a mystery?


    In fact is there anybody here a SWAT Portal who has that responsibility to "discovery" and record such things?
