Randomly Banned

    So here I am playing my favorite game freelancer late last night and decide to go to sleep. The next day I try to get on I found I was banned but I don't remember doing anything to cause this so I tried reinstalling the game to root out file corruption but that didn't work so now I need admin help. I really don't want to lose my whole account.
