    Nope... we used bulldozers and volunteer diggers (those guys are pretty heroic since they were warned that they will definately get rad poisoning) to move all the earth (thousands of tons) to have them incinerated in super hot furnaces. The emperor said that radiation sucks so we all got together and did it. (Hey we been following the emperor for centuries, and he is good too :D )


    Same thing happened during the 1996 Earthquake, the Emperor said we must rebuild with better technology and we rebuild with better technology. Just because he said it we will finish it in 1-3 years.
