i am with all human factions in syrius and CF systems neutral, i,m a smuggler.Now i want to buy a armored Transport at SJm owner is Samura industries.I have to be frendlier to buy this ship.What i have to do, if i want to stay with all factions neutral ?? which bribes i have to buy ??See my rep on my screenshots.Thanks

First of all you should fix your game's fonts by running "fonts-fix.cmd" in your Freelancer folder 
Your Samura rep seems slightly below -3 bars (minimum for buying a ship), therefore just 1-2 kills of Samura's enemies (Blood Dragons, for example) will probably be enough.
