new server ?!

    i was curios because the server game is uploaded to 1.62, but there is no link for us to download the mod


    and then i seached the server to see if there is ANOTHER server with 1.62 version, where are tests running or something like that
    and then i saw a new server

    is that server from OP or is someone tring to make server with OPs mod without permission????(

    i noticed this too last night when i tried to get on CF to sort out a problem with my ship, so i thought i would do the same as inferno and look through all the FL servers, and yes there is another server using 1.60 and it is also locked which made me think that it could be a test server to help find the bugs to make OP's life a little easier to find where things went wrong, or it could be that someone is trying to use OP's mod without permission.
    but both of these are just speculation, could u plz set us straight OP when u got the time i understand u are real busy @ the moment, good luck OP [wink2]

    ive not set up a test server and ive not given the permission to host a server (the cheat protection would originally prevent this)
    the only way would to crack that cheat protection and manipulating the cf code


    looks like i have to force this server to close




    additionally to this yesterday some1 connected to the 1.62 server without having the mod (i didnt release anything till that time)
    so it looks like ppl have cracked the cf files and use corrupted incompatible versions
    that guy has been banned yesterday

    well we all stick to the originaly crossfire server because its the best one and its original and noone can input their own mods , and I LIKE IT THAT WAY


    and i gave you the IP adress of the server so it wouldnt be so hard to find the bastard


    btw. when are you going to let us download the 1.62 version OP ? are there tests running with the new mod or what?
