RG told me about this game the other day so i had a look around for it, the game is a space sim set in the Babylon 5 universe with real inertial physics flight and uses a joystick so if you are not used to that it can be a little tricky but its well worth the practice once you got it nailed. The graphics are on par with FL in ship and station model terms but the rendering on the planets is perfect the use of the HUD and other assorted options is easy to master, But the biggest surprise about this game is the fact that its freeware and was produced by B5 fans and the amount of polish in this game is frankly astonishing the level of skill and detail that has gone into the production of this game is amazing. This game is well worth checking out if you into space games but if you are a Babylon 5 fan this game is a must. this is the link to the homepage.

To create a game need time and a good team project willing to give that time and that is difficult to find these days, especially if the first one would be a freeware. But again, there are guys like the evochron creator that create and sell small games like this to finance his projects. Couldn`t you, m8 OP, do that? However, Im not sure how viable is this :)...

There are other projects around that I have played and tested too and made me think also if we get a nice team project in SWAT, we could do something nice 
Of Course, OP would have to work on the main game engine cause he has the designing & programming skills for that and that is a painful, time consumming, hard job...Anyway, this is an idea and a dream, but who knows. Even could be with a multiplayer option
