IMPORTANT before you play 1.6

    The 1.6 CF mod is an extremely complicated mod and most the time problems come from the installation to avoid this install the mod in these following steps


    1/ deactivate all mods in FLMM and then go to tools--> restore backups


    2/ uninstall FLMM


    3/uninstall Freelancer (make sure you have your MP account ID recorded somewhere safe) on the uninstall options for FL tick the box saying remove all user data saved games and screenshots make sure anything you wish to keep is backed up and safely stored and do not select reinstall do a complete uninstall


    4/ run a file search for any lurking files that will disrupt the operation of the mod


    5/ reinstall FL and make sure you restart your pc


    6/ reinstall FLMM then close it


    7/ unzip 1.6 in FLMM then close it again


    8/ reopen FLMM and activate 1.6


    9/ play the best FL mod around :D


    following these steps takes around 10 min but it minimises the chances of having problems when you play CF

    but if the CF is playing ok?

    i cant delete the folders after the uninstall
    EXE,DATA,DLL...cant delete them

    just restart ur PC, it might work... dunno, it allways helps me out ;)

    Thx...I restart my PC,run the scandisk,delete FL FULLY,and now instaling it again....hope that soon i`ll be in the space again.Now i`m extracting CF 1.6 in \FMM\mods\....soon i`ll activate it.When i was activating it some options screen show up....so i just press ok,i hope that its nothink serious

    Seems this mod is not for the flmod manager, it would require, instead, an independent instalation that ensures that everything is right.

    nex make sure your firewall is think thet fl is trusted and close other ports
