  • And as a 1500th post from me in this thread... I can guess posting here has become an act on instinct for me...

"Across the savage skies and through the fissures in the fields,
The rumble of the engines and the trundle of the wheels,
Through hell and horror trudge and yet their spirits never yield.
Will they sing of these forsaken pawns of war?"

  • Fun fact, I was listening to that ^ when I just started playing CF, mainly thx to my cousin.

  • IDK about that one, but this one definitely is.

Especially the last chorus, when Joakim keeps singing while the rest of the team chant. (Notably they also did this in Wolfpack and most times they perform The Price of a Mile live)

  • Well, this one's addictive even though it hasn't even got any lyrics.

  • And one more addictive tune that happens to involve violins.

I already stated my plans to have this played at my wedding if it ever happens. Just to see how many people in the attendance are cultured.

But if I were to allow my mind to wander in that direction, I guess whoever unfortunate enough to end up as my spouse in such situation would retaliate by playing Tony Igy's Astronomia on my funeral.

  • I've stumbled on a comment once that made me consider one thing.

The ending of this song - abrupt end of all tracks besides the chant/keyboard - might be a reference to the trick Night Witches reportedly used: turning off the engine and making boming runs on an unpowered glide.
