Well, as long as you have killed enough ancients ,and have the hypergate key, you should be able to safely use it.
There are only two known ways of obtaining Kavash weapons:Killing them, or buying them from other players.

u can also obtain 2 DK-guns if u shoot the Deva station in the system Lost Paradise.
