Char disappeared from list after server crash?

Hi, dunno if this is quite the right place to post this as my account didn't actually get banned. The problem is that the character i was using earlier before the server disconnected me seems to have disappeared from my list, as if it had been deleted. I'm not even sure if there's anything u can do; but gotta try since the char I was using (Ratchethero) had mapped a huge portion of the systems and will be greatly missed if lost. Any ideas on what happened?
