Weird graphic issues (launcher, intro)

OK, whatsup:

• when I open launcher settings, I do not see what is checked. Tested click on options and it works, it only do not display what is checked.
• update bar is showing weird colour instead green one
• intro is displayed black screen, is working only if I use "windowed mode"

.... I have no idea what could change since I did not changed my PC settings. There could be some win updates (Win7 64bit here) and new graphic driver installed. Some suggestions what to try? I bet it will be something stupid, but was not able find yet.

............................ desktop theme was changed and it enabled "desktop composition" .... disabled it in windows properties and all works again. Only dunno why it ignore setting in launcher properties where I have disabled "desktop composition" ....
