I would like to know if during the Crossfire 2.0 story missions are there any new characters animations like it has in the vanilla storyline of Freelancer.

There are custom made scenes, and also some new "characters" but to be honest, i don't want to spoil it to much, i recommend you to play it through

Clan bases are for server clans and it will be for a 1st time for CF when clans can own (and develop) own base. Server clans pays monthly rent to keep server running. Atm are clan bases in preparation = not active atm.
