Where is Kusari Battleship - Navitas?

wise ones, can you tell me while looking at lexicon and file base the kusari b/s navitas can be bought from b/s matsumoto in hokkaido upon docking there for a look at it, it,s not there. then where is it please

b/s navitas has been found actually on yokahama ship yard in new tokyo and not b/s matsumoto hokkaido. thanks martind found after a short search

well the b/s navitas is one mean looking ship but thats all. buyer beware, it is hopeless at docking with tradelanes to the point of avoiding them and flying on cruise everywhere. it is clumsy and i would say too big for the screen and needs resize down compared to the rest of the b/s, the afterburner needs looking at.
