Dilithium Weekend

Based on the frequency of the past 4 Dilithium events the next one is due at the end of this month.

So my advice:
Olay elite ground PVEs in the next few weeks and collect as many reputation marks and reputation items (neural processors, ancient power cells, cybernetic implants, isomorphic injections) as possible.
You can trade them for dilithium.

Make use of the daily bonus marks.
Use multiple chars to bypass cooldowns.

Nukara Prime Transdimensional elite takes only 5mins (waiting included) and rewards 110 nukara marks (160 marks with the daily bonus)
Play that 3-4 times a day and you get 90.000-120.000 dil in the next 3 weeks as normal dilithium reward (1440 dil for each time) PLUS 7980-10290 marks.

You can convert 50 marks to 750 dilithium when the Bonus weekend is running.

7980/50*750 = 119700 Dil
or
10290/50*750 = 154350 Dil

If you do it more often your rewards will be higher.
If you have large deposits of rep marks.... wait till the Dilithium event to convert them.

Also the special Rep items can be traded for dil.
One is worth 1500 dil.
e.g. when you play bug hunt, or undine infiltration you get 2 of them. -> 3000 dil each time + 1440 dil from the normal mission reward for the elite mission + 35-100 rep marks (depending on mission and daily bonus).

An overall good weapon for all the elite ground missions is the Borg Prostetic weapon from the Task Force Omega Reputation Store.

yep, it turned into an endless grind

well, not much we can do against it
the grind started when the event schedule went from hourly to this weekend events

while there were hourly events you could check whats running and decide if you want to do it or not
but now everything is like a.... wow... need to get it... have to hurry... grind grind grind..... and this nearly every week meanwhile

no actually even worse... they run multiple events at the same time
