I am banned or I just stopped like anti-cheat?

Please help me, perhaps I just have bad luck in life. I flew on a train to New Berlin loaded containers and goods, while trying to dock with the trade line near Fort Bush kicked me out of the game, then I can not connect to the server and see a message (Account banned on this server). I have a problem or I just stopped like anti-cheat?

My characters Friedrich_Krupp has been banned, please can they be released as I am using this to remap and it has a lot of map data I need to retrieve. I last use the character 40 mins ago and it is docked on Murmansk in Sov.
