I'm getting strangely high pings 354/0/5 When I used to play a few years ago my ping was in the lower 200 or upper 100. I even have a faster internet connection now. Is there anything I can do from my end to remedy this because pvp will be impossible with this ping.
Massive ping

Move to Europe?
Just kidding. Get the server IP (you can see it on the server list ingame); Start; Search "Run"; Open; type in "cmd"; Open; when the console opens type in tracert server ip, when it finishes, copy it all in a notepad file and attach it here. We gonna see if you have any issues with your ISP first.

Lol. I wish I could move to Europe :p Here's the tracert output.

I'm on a broadband whose bandwidth is supposed to be 8Mbps. This ISP is known to be terrible. Trying to change the IP but its difficult due to the area I live in. There are 2 ISPs here that give 15Mbps for less than 20 USD.
I play an FPS shooter on EU servers and my ping is mid 100s. Here I can't even fight the liberty rogues because they keep jumping everywhere and the red server icon flashes very frequently.

Yeah that's definitely your ISP. And the shooter probably has it's server in Russia or somewhere closer to you like Turkey or something. I'd advise you to get a stable optical fiber connection. Yes it can be a hard time to pay but it gives you the lowest ping possible with the highest speeds. My friend in India has one, he pays ~$40 for 40/20 with a ping of 109 to Frankfurt.

Damn. No CF till I get a new ISP eh? Well, that sucks. Time to get a new ISP. Hated this one anyway. Thanks for your help, though
