Chris Robert's Cloud Imperium Games has released the highly anticipated dogfighting module for Star Citizen. Dubbed "Arena Commander," the first playable space sim portion of the game is an in-universe simulation within a simulation - like the TrainSim in Shotglass' bar. Backers of the Star Citizen crowd funding campaign can now head over to the Roberts Space Industries website, download and play a handful of single player modes including a free-flight mode and a gauntlet called "Vanduul Swarm.
