Characters of a lost ID

Hello. Is it possible to transfer or at the very least, delete characters from the server's DB? My hard drive containing the Account ID got busted a few months ago, and I didn't back it up anywhere (such a fool I am), making it impossible for me to recover the old characters with the old statistics and possessions that I had.
