Hi Jak,

those ships dock as train and AT is not fixed. The best option for dock everywhere is APC (if you want biggest cargo), Bullpup MK III (is faster as all other ships using normal thruster) or other freighters or you can try look on one defenseless ship: Repair Ship . From traders docks as BSs you can try use Mining Ship. If you want something special .. try Luxury Liner or Prison Ship

APC, in my opinion, is the best freighter around. Its god good weapons and shielding. Flies like a brick though(but, then again, its a freighter.)
