[extrabox] Due to medical problems this report gets transmitted a bit later than originally intended. However, we are still moving in an acceptable timeframe.[/extrabox] [extrabox]

[extrabox] Phoenix Legion XII has established well near the neutral zone. In the two weeks after the fleet formed we have found a fairly good number of captains willing to assist us. The fleet meanwhile counts more than 20 combat ready ships of call types and classes.[/extrabox] [extrabox]

[extrabox] During this short timespan the fleet worked hard to upgrade the starbase and build additional modules like a shipyard, an industrial fabricator, a communication array and a transwarp conduit which will finished in just a few hours. With this speed it is just a matter of days that we can upgrade the shipyard and the starbase to tier 2.[/extrabox] [extrabox]
