Requesting Permission To Modify A Liberty Battleship

I am thinking of modifying a liberty battleship into the nautilus, the submarine that captain nemo commanded but a loose representation of this for space flight.
So I am asking for permission to do this, if you grant me permission to do so.
I will make some mock ups first in photoshop so you guys can get a feel for it and give me your final decision or just to make sure it is something that you're are interested in or you believe that it would benefit freelancer and crossfire 1.9.

I was thinking more 20,000 leagues under the sea but I could do both or that one lol.:D
I like the original myself but yeah that looks better and I have seen both.:)
