troubles starting freelancer with new video card

hi guys i'm trying to get my new card ATI RADION HD 5570 to run freelancer with my 32inc HD screen of a HDMI lead its all working good for other games but for freelancer its showing an erro message

freelancer can not detect your 3D video card pleas re-install freelancer or re-bout your system

can anyone help me with this as iv done waht it says and still nothing

ok iv followed that and still get the same error tho my game works fine form my PC lead to tv just not off the HDMI lead to TV
