Was it in OpenSP or normal SP? I believe i had this in normal SP (but not sure). Eventually something durin activation did fail? Have you seen any error reports?
In normal SP, as I'm only on level 2. Sorry but I don't understand the rest of your questions.

often damaged RAM can lead to blue screens
Already tried memtest86 for 48 hours and nothing.Also i tried GC benchmarks tests, Western Digital test, AMD Cpu test, driver diagnostic, only what i really cannot test is PSU voltage stability.Actually i can but didn't tried that yet.
I will "blame" 64 bit for now, cos i'm running out of logical solutions.
