hi there,
first a boat floats on water
second u can buy any vessel (LF, HF, VHF, Cruiser, Destroyer, Battleship - whatsoever) then u need to buy parts for the Cloaking Device itself.
but to this topic ull surely find more information on the forums -

hmm,everybody like cruiser,battleship,destroyer,.....but they don't know fighter is the main ship in game,battleship can't dock in planet,only on multiple docking system
