As there seems confusion about this topic and ppl trying to explain stuff in the way it suits.
A group of players that is wearing a tag is considered a CLAN and will be treated that way.
In the history of this community several people stated something like "but we are only a group of players which want to play together but we are no clan". In all of these cases we made pretty clear that if they wear a tag then they are a clan.
That is a reason why we have licenses for RP factions or ASF/CSF instead of tags.
Exceptions to this regulation do not exist. That is called equal judging.
