Sadly, the "police/mercenary" version is not doing any better... and looks pretty dead
Either too much problems to arrange "meetings" at the same time... either people is just not

For most part, I'm not a very active player and rarely see those on the list above or below me (due to my TZ). It would be almost impossible for me to schedule a duel for these reasons.
